For the past two years, “Love your neighbor, we are all neighbors” is a phrase that permeates every area of my life and views. I cannot express how grateful I am for my referral to DKE Auto and how thoroughly and completely (and quickly) they addressed all of my needs and issues, while making me feel like a neighbor.I drove up at lunchtime on a Friday in a borrowed car without air conditioning with two undriveable cars in my driveway at home. I have made 5 car purchases in my life, each more terrible than the one before until now. I was treated with respect, kindness, knowledge and honesty. I had done my research and drove the car I was interested in to my mechanic. My few minor concerns were immediately addressed and repaired. Cody and Chris went above and beyond to get my needs met on my timeline. By Monday afternoon, I drove home in my new to me fabulous HRV, left my friend’s car for AC repair and parked in my cleared out driveway. Never once did I feel pressured or frustrated. Thank you Chris and Cody for changing my car buying experience to one of joy and appreciation! I can’t recommend these neighbors highly enough!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an excellent experience with DKE Automotive! Chase went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were heard and addressed. He treated me like a real person, not just another customer walking through the door. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.It's hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers, but DKE Automotive definitely does. Chase's honesty, professionalism, and kindness made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend DKE Automotive to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality service. I found this company through the CarFax used car website when looking for a particular model car at a particular price range. This vehicle was for my 16 yo daughter’s first car. They were wonderful about working with me on appointments to test drive after having to reschedule several times. They were very courteous and knowledgeable about their stock. I will return for my next vehicle purchase.

Process went by very fast and car was in great condition and they do regular maintenance to make sure everything is in order. Answered all of my questions very clearly and the people are very sweet.
